Service Policy

1 Appointment Booking and Cancellation

  • Guests are kindly requested to book their appointments in advance, by phone, online, or in person.
  • For cancellations or changes, please notify the salon at least 48 hours in advance.
  • In case of no-shows or late arrivals, the salon reserves the right to charge for the service.

2 Payment

  • For pre-booked extra services, the salon reserves the right to request prepayment.

3 Conduct and Respect

  • Respectful and polite behavior is expected at all times.
  • Disrespectful, aggressive, or harassing behavior may result in refusal of service and, if necessary, removal from the salon.

4 Camera System

  • The premises are equipped with security cameras for safety and documentation purposes.

5 Services and Guarantee

  • Stylists provide services according to their professional knowledge and experience.
  • The salon is not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing hair damage or previous treatments.

6 Data Protection

  • Guest data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection regulations and is used solely for providing services.

7 Liability and Stylist’s Rights

  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service if:
    • The guest behaves disrespectfully, aggressively, or is under the influence of alcohol.
    • The service poses a safety or health risk.
  • The stylist’s professional decision is final, and all services are performed to the best of their knowledge and responsibility.

8 Guest Responsibility and Complaints

  • Guests must accurately inform the stylist of their hair condition and any special requests before the service.
  • Complaints must be submitted within 7 days after the service.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service in case of excessive, unreasonable complaints or disrespectful behavior.

9 Chemical Treatments, Allergy Declaration, and Patch Test

  • All guests requesting coloring, highlights, hair extensions, or other chemical treatments must sign an allergy declaration before the service.
  • The declaration confirms that the guest:
    • Is not allergic to the materials/products used,
    • Acknowledges possible risks associated with chemical treatments,
    • Accepts that the salon is not responsible for prior allergic reactions or consequences from pre-existing health conditions.
  • For new chemical treatments or dyes, a patch test is recommended 24–48 hours in advance.
  • The salon reserves the right to refuse service if the declaration is missing, for the safety of both guest and stylist.

10 Accompanying Persons

  • Guests are asked not to bring companions during the service.
  • Exceptions: minors or special cases, which must be agreed upon with salon management in advance.
  • The salon reserves the right to remove companions from the premises if they disrupt the service.

11 Health Regulations

  • Guests who are ill, have contagious conditions, or fever are not allowed in the salon for the safety of all.

12 Children in the Salon

  • Only pre-agreed minors may be brought in.
  • Other children are not allowed during the service due to safety regulations.

13 Equipment and Personal Belongings

  • The salon provides tools and equipment upon request.
  • The salon is not responsible for personal belongings

14 Photography and Social Media

  • Guests must give prior permission for photos taken in the salon if they are used on social media or in promotional materials.
  • The salon reserves the right to take style photos and reference materials with guest consent.

15 Emergencies and Damages

  • Any accidents, hair damage, allergic reactions, or personal injuries must be reported immediately.
  • The salon reserves the right to call medical assistance if necessary.
